When calling to make your appointment, please make sure to let our booking staff know and they will book you accordingly. If you are booking online, please make a note in the comments about your coupon or gift certificate you will be redeeming, and we will make adjustments with your service provider if needed! Here at Body Nouveaux Spa we understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This policy is in place out of respect for our service providers and clients.
There will not be an option to cancel your appointment online. If you are needing to make any changes to your appointment you may call and leave a message on our Voicemail at 402.476.7855. Or go ahead and book your NEW appointment and leave in the NOTES SECTION you would like to cancel your appointment. Please include what your original appointment (date and time) was, and we will go ahead and cancel it for you. Thank you for your help, and we look forward in working with you!
