if you need to cancel your appointment or make any changes to it- YOU WILL NEED to contact your service provider DIRECTLY.  You may contact them via call or text.   Their numbers are listed in our “CONTACT US” section of our website.  

 all of the service providers are suite renters in our facility.  This means, we do not always have someone up front or answering our phones. we do try to reply to all messages in a timely manner, but WE also OFFER THE CONVENIENCE OF online BOOKING!  

 IF YOU CANNOT FIND AN OPENING YOU WERE HOPING FOR, FEEL FREE TO GIVE US A CALL to leave a message, AND WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, OR WORK TO FIND THE NEXT OPENING TO WORK FOR US BOTH!

To those who are ready to redeem their gift certificate: When calling to make your appointment, please make sure to let our booking staff know and they will book you accordingly. FEEL FREE to take advantage of our easy online booking option. If you are booking online, please make a note in the comments about the coupon or gift certificate you will be redeeming, and we will CONTACT YOU, IF we will need to make an adjustments with a service provider! Cancelation Policy:

Here at Body Nouveaux Spa we understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  This policy is in place out of respect for our service providers and  other clients who may be waiting  for an appointment opening.  If it becomes a habit of last minute cancelling or no showing your appointments, your service provider may begin to reach out and require you to prepay for your appointment(s).  Thanks you for your cooperation.  

There will not be an option to cancel your appointment online.  If you are needing to make any changes to your appointment, you will need to contact your service provider directly! You may leave a message on their voicemail or send a text.  Our service provider’s information can be found on our home page, or contact us page.
